The Bitner Phillips Partnership is proud to offer Integrated Advanced NLP Coach training and qualifications which are accredited and certified by The ICAN Alliance, an international alliance of Trainers of Coaches with Advanced NLP.
Recently, I was having a hard time in finding out how to apply NLP in the context of offering online coaching sessions, instead of having one-to-ones. At that moment I didn’t have any person in the field to help me on this. I asked Bill to give me some insights and ideas on how to get this done and right away he offered me some of his precious time. Few days later, I was already working with someone online. Really awesome, isn’t it?

The hallmark of our training programmes is that individuals are trained to coach with Advanced NLP.

This is neither coach training with the addition of NLP skills, nor NLP Practitioner training with the addition of coaching skills. Coaches are trained with Advanced NLP as core concepts and a central toolkit, so that all the essential processes and capabilities are NLP-based and driven. As a result, graduates of our programme are Integrated NLP Coaches infinitely flexible in their approach and capable of working in a wider range of contexts than Coaches who are not trained this way.

Izabela is an experienced NLP trainer, coach and mentor.  Attending a training with the co-founder of NLP John Grinder, it was great to see Dr Grinder ask Izabela to intervene with one of the participants who was struggling .
