Sessions with Izabela were completely different from what I expected. Instead of lots of tears as I had with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I found sessions with Izabela very empowering, uplifting and great fun. Each time I felt something transformed in me. We did various processes that Izabela called games to build my strengths and confidence. Each time I would arrive very tense, and would leave so relaxed I almost felt sleepy. One thing I really like about Izabela is the follow up emails reminding me of homework and clear instructions on what to do.
